Job Description

• Handle receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials and goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure loading and unloading activities are carried out properly and safely.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare materials and goods according to production and delivery requirements.
• Arrange and organize warehouse storage to ensure efficient and safe material handling.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, QC, and Finance regarding material requirements and inventory movement.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed according to schedules and required documents.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and delivery processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
